Quotations, pro forma invoices, sales contracts and other written agreements issued for a specific project may include additional terms. Where a specific written agreement conflicts with these website terms, the specific written agreement will take precedence for that transaction.

Jinhong Packaging is a packaging supplier, sourcing and project coordination partner.
We work with selected manufacturing partners to support packaging sourcing, specification confirmation, sample coordination, production follow-up, quality monitoring and worldwide delivery coordination.
The manufacturing partner selected for a project may vary according to the packaging type, material, printing method, required quantity, technical specifications and destination market.
Intellectual Property
Website content, including text, layouts, graphics, logos and design elements, is owned by Jinhong Packaging or used for business and illustrative purposes unless otherwise stated.
Product images and packaging examples may include conceptual designs, sample branding or third-party marks. All third-party trademarks, brand names and intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Artwork and Customer Materials
Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted logos, artwork, text, images, trademarks and other materials can be legally used for the requested packaging.
By submitting artwork or other materials, the customer confirms that their use does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
Jinhong Packaging is not responsible for claims resulting from customer-provided artwork, trademarks, product claims, labeling content or regulatory information.
Customers should carefully check spelling, colors, dimensions, barcodes, QR codes and other details before approving artwork.
Samples and Approval
Sample availability, costs and lead times depend on the packaging type, material, printing method, structure and finishing requirements.
Available sample options may include:
Existing samples
Blank structural samples
Digitally printed samples
Production-quality samples
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving the sample, artwork and confirmed specifications before production.
Approval confirms acceptance of the structure, dimensions, materials, printing layout, content and general appearance represented by the approved sample or artwork.
Color and Production Tolerances
Printed colors may appear different on screens, digital proofs, printed samples and finished packaging.
Reasonable color variations may occur because of material differences, printing methods, surface finishes, lighting conditions and production batches.
Pantone references, physical samples or other agreed color standards should be used when closer color matching is required.
Minor differences in dimensions, material thickness, position, finishing and quantity may occur within reasonable production tolerances or the tolerances stated in the project agreement.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are based on the confirmed project specifications and quotation validity period.
Payment terms, currency, bank details and payment schedule will be stated in the applicable quotation, pro forma invoice or sales contract.
Any bank charges, taxes, duties or transaction costs will be handled according to the written agreement between the parties.
Production or other project activities may begin only after the required payment and approvals have been received.
Production and Lead Times
Sampling and production lead times are estimates based on the confirmed specifications, order quantity and production schedule.
Lead times begin after all required payments, artwork, samples and specifications have been approved.
Changes requested after approval may affect the price and delivery schedule.
We coordinate production follow-up with the selected manufacturing partner, but delays may occur because of material availability, technical requirements, shipping conditions, customs procedures or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping options may include express courier, air freight, sea freight or other agreed delivery methods.
Shipping costs and estimated delivery times depend on the final carton details, order volume, destination and selected shipping method.
Applicable Incoterms, freight responsibilities, insurance, customs clearance, import duties and taxes will be confirmed in the quotation, pro forma invoice or sales contract.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, customers are responsible for confirming local import, labeling, certification and regulatory requirements in the destination market.
Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in a written agreement.
Inspection and Claims
We coordinate quality monitoring according to the approved sample, artwork and confirmed project specifications.
Customers should inspect the goods promptly after delivery.
Any claim concerning visible damage, shortage, printing, structure or specification differences should be submitted in writing with clear photographs, videos, carton labels and a description of the issue.
Goods and original packaging should be retained while a claim is being reviewed.
The appropriate solution will depend on the confirmed specifications, supporting evidence, nature of the issue and applicable written agreement.
Changes and Cancellations
Changes requested after artwork, samples or specifications have been approved may result in additional costs and revised lead times.
Because custom packaging is produced according to project-specific requirements, orders may not be cancelled after materials have been purchased or production has begun unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any refundable amount will be determined according to completed work, purchased materials, sampling costs, production progress and other costs already incurred.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jinhong Packaging will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from website use, project delays, third-party services or reliance on general website information.
Any liability relating to a specific order will be subject to the terms of the applicable quotation, pro forma invoice, sales contract or written agreement.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Force Majeure
Neither party will be responsible for delays or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flood, epidemic, war, government restrictions, labor disruptions, material shortages, transport interruptions, customs delays or major failures of utilities and communication systems.
The affected party should provide notice when reasonably possible and take reasonable steps to reduce the impact.
